The genius of the movie marketing can always come up with new jokes to torment the audience as early as possible before the theatrical release of a film can. There used to be times only trailer. Then the teaser trailer came. Recently, teaser have, especially in potential blockbusters, established to teasers. There, the release of a (teaser) is then, usually with a few ultra fast cut together sequences, announced Trailers.
For the marketing of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is now went a step further. One sees only zoom in the camera into a still image of a forest in which Caesar and his ape army is suspected. Is accompanied by an audio track that only the "I need to speak to Caesar" tomorrowland 2013 (I must speak Caesar) calls and that's about it.
